SHIPPING & RETURNS: THE PROTOCOL

At MYOSTRUX, we aim for absolute precision. Because our products range from standard inventory to highly specialized custom-engineered suits, please review our policies regarding delivery and returns below.

🚚 SHIPPING

1. Processing Time

Standard Items: Shipped within 3-5 business days.
Custom Orders: Please allow 10-15 business days for manual scaling, printing, and tailoring.

2. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Global delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy is divided into two categories based on the nature of your purchase:

A. Standard Size Items

30-Day Window: We accept returns and exchanges for standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact yunwaikeworker@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

B. Personalized & Custom Orders

The "Final Sale" Rule: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, all customized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Mockup Approval: This applies specifically once you have confirmed the digital design mockup via email. Once you give us the "Thumbs Up," the suit enters production and cannot be resold to others.
Why? These items are engineered specifically to your body measurements and unique graphics. They are a one-of-a-kind creation for you only.
