1. Order Processing Time (Handmade to Order)
Because our products are crafted by hand, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We do not mass-produce; each item is made specifically for you.

2. Global Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Worldwide Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders globally. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after the 10-15 day crafting period.

  • Expedited Shipping: $30.00 USD. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after the crafting period. (Total time from order to delivery: approx. 15-25 days).

3. Total Delivery Time
From the moment you place your order, please expect to receive your handmade item within:

  • Standard: 17-30 business days.

  • Expedited: 15-25 business days.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MYOSTRUX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
