🧬 ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Q: How do I submit my custom pattern?
A: After placing your order, simply email your high-resolution image to yunwaikeworker@gmail.com with your Order ID in the subject line. We will send you a digital mockup for approval before we start printing.
Q: Can I change my design after I’ve submitted it?
A: You can request changes before you approve the digital mockup. Once you give us the "Thumbs Up" via email, the suit enters the printing lab and the design cannot be changed.
Q: I don’t have a high-res design, can you help?
A: We recommend using high-quality files for the best results. If you only have a low-res image, our design team can provide a redraw service for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.
📏 SIZING & FIT
Q: What if I don't fit into standard sizes?
A: That’s our specialty! Choose "Custom Size" on the product page. We will scale the muscle proportions and suit dimensions based on the measurements you provide in our Custom Sizing Guide.
Q: What if my custom suit doesn't fit?
A: Because custom suits are engineered to your specific data, they are final sale. However, if there is a significant deviation from the measurements you provided, please contact us and we will find a solution.
📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS
Q: How long will it take to get my suit?
A: Standard items ship in 3-5 days. Custom-engineered suits require 10-15 business days for production (sketching, printing, and tailoring) before they are shipped.
Q: Can I return a custom-printed suit?
A: No. Custom-sized or custom-printed items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, they are non-refundable. Standard-sized items can be returned within 30 days.
🧼 CARE & MAINTENANCE
Q: How do I wash my MYOSTRUX muscle suit?
A: To protect the muscle structure and the custom print:

Hand wash cold inside out is highly recommended.

Use mild detergent.

DO NOT use bleach or fabric softeners.

Air dry only. Never put your suit in a dryer, as high heat can damage the elastic fibers and the print.

Do not iron directly over the printed graphics.
